Human Resources Controller

This is a Contract position in Secaucus, NJ posted March 28, 2020.

Responsible for HR cost controlling: budget, forecast, actual cost monitoring and monthly reporting in line with Group Business Plan & Reporting guidelines.

 

Role Responsibilities:

1.       Define annual personnel cost budget and forecast for US LE, controlling on monthly bases the actual costs vs budget/forecast costs, in line with Group Business Plan & Reporting guideline.

2.       Coordinate and consolidate the personnel cost budget and forecast for US LE.

3.       Supports HRBP and line managers in the personnel cost calculation and other reporting

4.       Develops and updates employee compensation budget

5.       Support the bonus reporting for employees

6.       Oversee the HR Information System for NA and their further optimization

7.       Cooperates for developing budget guidelines & policies.

8.       Processes monthly invoices and maintains regular client contact re: outstanding receivables

9.       Participates as the team member in specific projects and initiatives.

·         Self-initiated and well organized.        

·         Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.        

·         Work experience as a controller or similar role

·         Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures and legislation

·         Work experience in a human resources role a plus

·         Good Communication skills.

·         Team Player.

·         Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).

 

Ideal candidate:

·         2-3 years of working experience in a Multinational Company or in a Specific HR Consultant Company
