Ref ID: 02710-0011421864 Classification: Customer Service Representative Compensation: $35000.00 to $41000.00 yearly Successful Cosmetic manufacturing/distribution company in Northern New Jersey is seeking an outgoing and capable Sales Assistant to support our dynamic team.

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for maintaining customer contacts, open order reports, schedules, shipments, updating & data entry to customer internet driven databases.

The Sales Assistant will also monitor/prioritize incoming and outgoing shipments, delivery times, track of production prep of shipping documents , perform month end and year-end inventory and reporting/data entry into database.

Requirements include 1 year of experience in a similar or customer-oriented position, strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Job Requirements:
– Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g.

ACT, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
– Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
– Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Word
– Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
– Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
– Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
– 2 years’ experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
– Strong customer service and office administrative skills
– Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
