Dental Office Manager


This is a Contract position in Mount Olive, NJ posted March 30, 2020.

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced (5 years) Dental Office Manager.

If so, this is the job for you The prospective candidate will understand how to manage all administrative operations of our growing dental practice including, managing doctor’s schedule, front desk, hygienists, dental assistants.

To excel in this role you should be an excellent communicator, possess superior leadership skills, be able to effectively problem solve and strategize.

The primary areas of importance are: Productivity
– Ensure the practice achieves its goals by managing the following procedures: Scheduling patients to target goals on a daily basis Keeping the patient flow efficient by following scheduling protocols Ensuring the right staff is in the right place to support practice goals Strategizing how to acheive goals Financial
– Make a positive impact on the financial performance of the practice by: Maintaining the dental practice’s cash flow
– budgeting Organizing Staff Schedules Maintain General ledger and billing systems Managing overtime and approving time sheets for payroll.

Approving days off and following employee manual protocol.

Approving office expenses and paying invoices, while maintaining expenses in excel format Reviewing end of the day collections and making necessary adjustments.

HR Responsibilities
– Deliver direct individual and team leadership to ensure all office employees produce outstanding customer service by: Recruiting, hiring and training new team members Maintain open and effective team communications by holding daily and monthly meetings Managing staff of 20 employees PROBLEM SOLVE all clinical, operational, interoffice issues in a timely fashion and professional manner to recreate a harmonious work environment and promote dental excellence.
