This is a Contract position in Princeton Township, NJ posted March 24, 2020.

An immediate opening in the New Jersey area for an experienced salesperson with Health Care Staffing Sales and Account Executive experience.

1-3 YEARS Staffing Sales is a REQUIREMENT.

Your X Factor: Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years’ experience in Health Care, IT, Consultative or Staffing Sales.

You are highly motivated in sales and can work independently; as there is only one other salesperson on the team.

They are adding 3-4 more salespeople by the next year.

Territories are nationwide and some travel is involved.

You will be expected to have a client facing meeting with prospects at least 2-3 times a week.

At it’s the inception, these meetings will start locally; then expand nationally as you are building your book of business.

The Account Executive will report directly to the CEO.

The Staffing Account Executive will be a senior member of the Health Sciences business, and will work closely with the CEO; and will sell in the Pharma, BioPharma and Medical Device markets.

You will work out of the New Jersey office daily; there is travel required for this role.

Final candidates will be strong in prospecting; time management is essential.

Ideally, you have 1-3 years experience in selling Staffing.

You are a self-starter who is motivated to do the daily tasks and work on your own.

Ideal candidates have a background in Health Care, Bio Pharma, Medical Device Sales; or selling Financial or IT services for at least 3-5 years.

Target Audience for This Role: The target customers are Pharma, BioPharma, Medical Device and Tobacco companies.

Leads will come from ZoomInfo and the CRM that will be utilized is Salesforce.

Compensation: Base Salary: $70,000-$85,000 | Base Salary Commission OTE up to 120K Interview Dates: Immediate Start Date: January 2020
