Come join the true partner of global healthcare companies who builds transformational solutions by challenging the boundaries of commercialization strategies to improve the lives of patients.Project Manager – Client ManagerPharmaceuticalsExciting opportunity exists for a Project Manager with Amplity Health.The Project Manager is responsible for leading internal, as well as, pharmaceutical client teams & interdisciplinary groups; from managing the implementation of new pharmaceutical external client teams through all stages of the Project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.Responsibility includes but is not limited to: Contracting, Talent Acquisition, CRM System, Data Integration, Reporting, Finance, IC, Training, Compliance, and on-boarding related activities. Project Manager may also be assigned to assist on other projects on behalf of the Program and Project Management department.Key Accountabilities: Act as Implementation Lead for assigned pharmaceuticals client teams implementationsCreate, manage, and maintain Project Plans & Timelines encompassing key milestones, SOP/ Business Rules, and workflows, ensuring alignment to Client and Company objectivesWork with Internal departments to manage scope and work in regard to project management and planning for all assigned projectsIdentify, manage, and facilitate discussions to address risk and opportunity with key stakeholders on assigned projects while developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.Facilitate clear communication to all relevant internal and external stakeholders and understanding of decisions, deliverables, action items, direction, etc. through regular Status Reports and Project MeetingsManage and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverablesTrack metrics for assigned projects, including status, financial estimates, risk, etc.Contribute to new business presentations and pitches by creating timelines, submitting RFP responses pertinent to Implementations, and/or presenting to potential clientsProvide updates and feedback to project stakeholders and senior leadership in regard to strategic and tactical directions of projects and accountsCoordinate meetings and associated components (Client, Internal, Training, etc)Management & execution of project-related Sales Operations, including data, SFA, targeting & alignment, IC, Aggregate Spend, Samples, Credentialing, and rostering.Identify opportunity within existing project to inform and expand with other company offerings & servicesAssisting with training and on-boardingFollow all Amplity policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned (percentage will fluctuate)Education and Experience:Required:BA/BS required.2-4 years direct client interactionProven track record of excellent project management skills5+ years working with diverse groups of people in a team environmentBroad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry including sales, sales support and operations, sample accountability, compliance, PDMA regulations and sales force automation tools preferredPreferred: Experience in MS Project or similar project management toolsExperience building or supporting sales or service teamsPMP certificationKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Clear, articulate and grammatically sound speech and professional phone manner.Ability to display high levels of initiative, effort and commitment successfully complete projects and assignments.Solution driven and takes initiative.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong rapport building skills and active listening skills.Strong focus on providing customers with superior support and service.Ability to learn, understand and communicate complex information over the telephone.
