We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Director of Nursing, Dialysis Services to join the Mountainside Team What You’ll Do The Director of Nursing, Dialysis Services will be responsible for providing direction and support for the inpatient and outpatient dialysis units at the medical center.

The successful candidate will be able to: Oversee management of dialysis services operationally and fiscally Verify that dialysis personnel provide safe and effective patient-centered care in dialysis services Oversee the review and evaluation of patient care in accordance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, and other pertinent dialysis programs as appropriate Develop and implement standards of care in accordance with regulatory agencies Provide the training and assessments of patient care staff Collaborate with the Medical Director, Social Worker, Staff Nurses and Technicians on any specific problems of patient care in the dialysis units Assist dialysis personnel in evaluating practice and creating strategies for further improvement Verify that educational resources are available for dialysis services personnel and holds personnel accountable for compliance with established standards Coordinates, facilitates, and manages change within dialysis services and the hospital Demonstrate effective communication, consultation, negotiation, and collaboration skills with members of the perioperative team and other stakeholders Collect and analyze data related to quality or performance improvement that apply to dialysis services Conduct interviews for dialysis personnel selection Identify savings opportunities or revenue enhancements that add value to dialysis services or hospital processes Provides guidance, support, and constructive feedback to dialysis services team members Exhibits professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.
