Title Technical Recruiter Location Teaneck, NJ Job Responsibilities Full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and requisition management Fulfillment of assigned recruiting responsibilities with a high sense of urgency and through execution of established processes Strong candidate sourcing skills using innovative ways to capture and produce talent pipelines Facilitate the screening and selection process between candidates and hiring teams Maintain detailed communications with managers and candidates to stay apprised of status and general coordination, negotiating and closing offers, and process improvements Ensure exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences Proactive tracking of progress and all recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related discipline or equivalent work experience.

5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in IT recruiting, professional servicesconsulting, or high-tech industry 3 years of experience using VMS portal servicing large volume based enterprise accounts.

3 years of experience in IT professional services space.

You have a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft office suitePandoLogic.
