The candidate will be responsible for implementing the end-to-end application management lifecycle solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities At least 7 years of experience in application packaging.

Must have prior experience with using AdminStudio, InstallShield, WisePackage Studio, or WiseScript for packaging.

Must have packaged applications for Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems (OS) platforms.

Must be fluent in scripting with PowerShell, vbscript, batch script.

Must have experience using the open source PowerShell Application Deployment Toolkit.

Must have a very good understanding of the Windows System Registry and file system, i.e., .dll and .ocx file registration.

Must be good in Quality check of the packaged applications.

Must be able to troubleshoot packaging problems.

Must understand a standard packaging process and workflow.

Must understand MSI packaging best practices and standards.

Must have an understanding of software deployment leveraging Microsoft System Configuration Manager (SCCM).

Experience leading and delivering SCCM and other related tool solutions for patch deployments, tracking, reporting and remediation.

Well aware of the Application Compatibility Assessment activities In depth knowledge of the Application Compatibility Troubleshooting tools like ProcMon, Regmon, Filemon, Process Explorer, Dependency Walker, WinDbg etc.

Help deliver service improvements without unnecessary investment in new products by working smarter, provision of better tools and better use of product set Improve alignment of Technology solutions with Operational areas to focus on practical delivery of solutions architecture to SCCM using experience from across the Windows Server product set Review, manage and monitor task assignments, packaging and deployment workload and keep a close monitoring of the overall App Integration progress Work with Application Developers and Engineering to ensure all signed off packages deemed suitable for deployment include installation plansinstructions, service desk trainingdocumentation, back-out procedures, schedules and other information necessary to ensure a high probability of first-pass success for production deployments.

Work with project team to determine deployment mechanism and recommend appropriate course of action.

Participate in On-call as needed, Participate in Peak Period Coverage Activities as needed Strong working knowledge of application packaging and deployment using Packages and Applications.

Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills at the System Engineer level exceptional customer service, overall communication and technical writing skills.

Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level must possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as a part of a team of engineers.

Create, validate, maintain, deploy, rollback new custom packages or releases in an enterprise environment using SCCM 2016, CB.

Add or remove systems to collections, perform SCCM client rectification, schedule and execute software distribution, remote control and manage other SCCM issues.

Troubleshooting SCCM agents installed on clients to ensure that all systems are receiving updates and report to the central SCCM server.

Meets regularly with team, Engineering and Manager to understand priorities and to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.

Advanced troubleshooting of application deployments and Roll outs, problem management for complex rollouts Drives the team and helps them deliver.

Must be a team player and able to think outside the box for solutions.

Conducts Team Trainings, coordinates on Tech Upgrades for Team Members Tech Talks Reporting Metrics, Risks and Challenges to concerned teams via weekly and monthly status meetings.
