Business Analyst with Pharmaceutical Experience

Requirements 8-11 years of experience in Pharma Commercial Domain Business Analysts with deep Pharma experience is must.

Understanding of Commercial operations process areas like Commercial Data Processing, Field reporting, managed care, brand reporting, Incentive compensation or patient reporting along with the respective quality and business rules.

Prior experience working on all key commercial data sets like Customer, Sales, Product, Alignment, Activity etc.

Having experience in working for Commercial Effectiveness organization like Call Plan, Targeting, Segmentation, Crediting, Market Gap Assessment etc.

Manage client relationship and client expectations independently.

Work with the client to understand the business objectives, leverage data, and technology to propose and implement a solution.

Lead guide the team independently or with little support to gather requirements, mentor team in the design and support development as well as do the quality assurance of a Pharma based technology solution Create documents such as business requirements, functional requirement, business rules, wireframes, affinity diagrams, quality checklists, User Acceptance Test Plan etc.

Ability to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations.

Must be able to guide team members in analysis to simplify complex scientific concepts into simple commercial language Exposure to one of the Data Management tools on AWS such as Spark, S3, RedShift, Snowflake will be a big plus.

Proficient knowledge in JIRA and Agile process.

Used JIRA for stories.

Should have excellent communication skills.
