is currently looking to hire a Director of Partner Marketing.

Responsibilities include partner onboarding, developing partner marketing programs, joint go-to-market activities with assigned accounts and lead gen activities.

This individual contributor will work closely with Alliances sales, product marketing, marketing operations, and global teams to ensure our partner centric marketing programs drives qualified leads and pipeline opportunities.

Work closely with the assigned partners to develop joint messages, collaterals and sales/marketing tools.

The candidate must be a leader, team player, highly dependable, confident and committed to SNP’s success.

The candidate must be flexible, detail-oriented, consistent, a high-quality producer under tight deadlines and has the ability to problemsolve.

In addition, this person must be able to think strategically while having the ability to execute operational tasks.

The ability to interact effectively in different/multiple cultural settings and build solid relationships within all levels of the organization is critical to the success of this position.

Also, the individual will be a business visionary who can anticipate new marketing opportunities, identifying, evaluating and solving issues.

The Director of Partner Marketing is responsible for:
• Plan, develop and execute on go-to-market programs for key partners
• This includes working with alliance managers and partners to drive partner readiness and lead generation programs that help fill pipelines and influence sales.

• Drive communications related to assigned partners including joint customers, media, analysts, and internal teams
• Create quarterly plans with an annual outlook with assigned partners
• Manage joint marketing funds and ensure reconciliations of accounting with finance
• Lead generation and digital activities in areas partners may not involved.

• Drive MQL, SQL and pipeline opportunities
• Leverage market analysis, monitor competitive activity and identification of customer needs
• Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives
• Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure partner objectives are met.

• Capture partner metrics regularly utilizing SFDC and prepare for QBRs
• An excellent understanding how our solutions solve business problems
• Strong collaboration with sales team
• Driving and executing key partner events, contributing to articles, corporate blogs and other partner-related marketing activities
• Track and manage the benefits and requirements of the SNP partner program
• Support and enable partners with new products, messaging, new wins
• Additional responsibilities as determined by management Qualifications & Requirements
• 10years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, alliances, and/or marketing programs
• Experience working with system integrators, solutions providers, ISVs
• Digital marketing experience driving MQL, SQL and pipeline
• Strong background in enterprise software marketing
• Working understanding and experience in global/regional programs, and unique issues associated with deploying leveraged programs
• Excellent in storytelling, written, oral and visual communications skills
• Proven ability to take complex technical features and products and create a simple, compelling business message
• Charismatic speaker to c-level executive staff on transformational business value
• Excellent writing/communication skills a must with demonstrated ability to communicate at the solution level
• Ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits
• Qualified candidates must be highly motivated and creative while possessing outstanding analytical skills to understand the company’s and competitors’ financial results, complex transactions, stock market and economic data, and have the ability to interpret the information for customers and sales management
• Must demonstrate strong track record of working closely with extended sales and marketing teams, improving sales team capabilities and commitment
