Assist users with Desktop data migration (which includes Home drive, Shared folders).

Assist with OneDrive setup for users.

Roles and Responsibilities At least 5 years of experience in managing DesktopsLaptops and End User Technologies.

Experience with InstallationConfigurationMigration of Ivanti.

Experience in Desktop OS migration projects.

Provide hands-on technical support for all computer and user related needs including troubleshooting desktop support issues, coordinating equipment installations, upgrades and moves.

Experience with End User Computing Products, Systems and Protocols such as windows server and desktop installation, configuration and management including user profiles, network addressing, VLANS, DNSDHCP, Wi-Fi Network and firewalls.

Experience in providing computernetwork support relating to software and hardware problems reported by users.

Scripting ability to automate EUC functions.

Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and using Windows operating systems.

Experience troubleshooting operating system support, network connectivity issues and overall performance troubleshooting.

Experience with Citrix client Troubleshooting.

Experience with Troubleshooting Print Server and Cloud Printing related issues.

Experience with Mobility Solutions.

Experience with firewalls and security related issues Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Excellent Written and Verbal communication.

Excellent customer interaction and customer service skills.

Basic concepts of problem determination Creativity and analytical ability.

Knowledge about ITIL framework Incident, Change and Problem management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to handle stressful situations.

Ready to work in odd hours and weekends due to Project requirement.
