This long-term temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity is based in the Parsippany, New Jersey area.

This job’s primary priority, as a key member of the team, is to ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders.

The chosen candidate will also need to be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project.

Apply today for this great career opportunity Your responsibilities Encourage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products Verify that the functional requirements are tracked, met, and achievable Supports the daily stand-ups, guaranteeing their are focused, brief, and timely Eventuates and schedules projects
– as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner Serves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team
– leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively Creates schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product Directs deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner
– Grants detailed reporting to management on project status, milestone completion, and risk assessments Work in close collaboration and communicates with developers, technical team members, designers, and stakeholders Help to manage dependencies among cross-product teams Work in close cooperation with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Product Specialist Works in partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects Sets out the RACI matrix for projects in a product line Engages with Product Owner/Product Manager to double check that the product vision and high-level business objectives are transparent and obtainable Advances to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests Accumulates briefing from business analysts, technical leads, and QA leads into plans Arranges project with precise ticket workflows and boards Registers and controls the sprint planning and grooming meetings and trails ticket assignments Commands project planning Collude with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap Job Requirements: Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures If you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, you can succeed in this position Applicants should have a Project Management (PMP) certification Applicants with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs are preferred We are particularly looking for candidates with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues If you can demonstrate that you are flexible and focused, this position is for you Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines Deep understanding of customer service Expertise in Qualifications Bachelors Degree Project management experience Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with some of the best companies on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
