The RFP Project Manager is responsible for all project management and process improvement aspects directly related to the Contact Center vendor selection process.

The role encompasses the coordination of projects, oversight of key deadlines and partnering with all lines of business while leading the RFP development and implementation.

Job Description: Effectively drive execution of the sourcing strategy for key projects which includes ability to create and utilize the most appropriate sourcing tools / templates, align business client needs, identify supply alternatives (inclusive of diverse suppliers), effectively communicate with suppliers, and influence cross functional teams / advisory groups.

Lead the vendor selection process, which includes development of an objective ranking metric, based on client priorities.

Develop supplier selection criteria and gain client alignment; facilitate cross functional teams to evaluate supplier responses to select finalists (participate if appropriate) and effectively communicate the impact of sourcing decisions to involved clients, management, impacted employees and suppliers, as appropriate.

Negotiate contract terms and perform all aspects of the contract process: Gather, develop and document client requirements.

Establish and execute a negotiation strategy.

Conduct contract and price negotiations with supplier.

Collaborate and communicate with Information Security, Legal, Privacy, Risk Management, Treasury, and internal sourcing teams Develop and execute an overarching category strategy and plan for applicable categories.

Design build and own all collateral and presentation materials for executive review.

Lead discussions with internal clients, expense managers, and key stakeholders to develop and implement demand management guidelines to govern the use of assigned commodities.

Draft, evaluate, negotiate, RFPs, RFIs, BPOs, and contracts Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally Function as a liaison between customers, technical staff and other key stakeholders.

Research technical solutions, provide feedback on customer requirements, and recommend solutions to meet business needs.

Set contract and RFP objectives by evaluating market trends and competitive dynamics to manage business objectives.

Manage all vendor & contract registration sites and paperwork.

Communicate all contract-related information to appropriate stakeholders.

Establish and maintain document repository of all documentation relevant to Strategic Sourcing such as RFP responses, vendor presentations, minutes of meetings, financial analyses, etc.

Coordinate key milestone events such as site visits, stakeholder meeting pre-bid conference calls or quarterly business review meetings Knowledge of contracting trends, licensing models
– traditional and emerging contract/vendor performance models.

Proposal Review: As part of Evaluation committee, facilitate and provide review.

Weekly written status stating: All primary objectives completed since the last status report Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience: 5-7 years of procurement experience Experience managing RFP development in a Call Center environment a plus Strong Project Management experience leading/facilitating meetings with stakeholders in requirements gathering and lead a RFP development and submission.

Sourcing process, negotiations, contracting, supplier management, supplier diversity, industry/trend analysis, metrics/measurement, etc.

Advanced experience with RFP development and execution Effective communication and interpersonal skills, to interact independently with both internal customers and external suppliers at all staff levels Project management and organizational skills Advanced analytical capabilities, including cost models Ability to conduct issue analysis, solution development, and conflict resolution Ability to influence actions/decisions of customers and suppliers (at all levels) Formulate strategies and approaches to achieve project objectives Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g.

Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or Google Suite products Attention to detail and good time management, organizational, decision making skills.
