One of our fast-growing client is hiring a Sales Director who will be the core leader in building a sales org for an MSP-based business.

MUST HAVE , MSP experience to be considered for this role Key Area of Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for building a sales organization from the top down.

Identify specific sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients.

Work with the client’s team to determine requirements and/or specifications, build a client value proposition and shape the deal; using appropriate sales processes and tools, determine and recommend opportunities to pursue.

Engage in activities focused on generating market awareness of the firm and/or demand its IT & Security Services (may include attending conferences, writing white/thought papers, developing/sending promotional materials).

Role & Responsibilities Drive sales to hit the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals by prospecting both your own outbound opportunities and inbound leads from company’s marketing team Work closely with the operations team to formulate the right solution for each client Be responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and customers by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at target companies at C-levels A proven track record in consistently meeting/exceeding sales goals Excellent interpersonal skills to create, maintain, and continue profitable and growing executive relationships with existing and potential customers Regularly work with existing clients and work closely to make sure we are continuing to meet their needs Effectively use the CRM system Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to ensure the needs of the client continue to be met 10-15 years’ experience in running and building sales teams in the tech space Requirements 8 years in MSP (Manage Service Provider) company 8 years of IT sales leadership Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business, Sales & Marketing field preferred Demonstrable track record as a High performer and running teams of high performers Hunter mentality in prospecting and closing business Farmer mentality to cultivate meaningful relationships with clients Identify and understand customer’s IT support and operational challenges Proposes solutions to address customer’s business/IT problems Engage with local/global COE pre-sales/delivery resources to ensure meeting oracle objectives of customer success and satisfaction Uses sales CRM to optimize performance
