Job Title: Vice President-Strategic Partnerships Location: East Coast US Position Description: The VP-Partnerships will be responsible for developing partner-specific market strategy, operations, pipeline development and revenue for assigned partners-including Systems Integrators, Technology Partners and Resellers.

The VP will focus on partner strategy and the execution of programs to grow pipeline for their assigned partners.

The VP will work cross-functionally and collaborate with the sales, marketing, product, delivery, and HR teams to build a robust and scalable partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the overall partner strategy.

Define, build, and manage new partner awareness, onboarding, and adoption programs.

This includes developing detailed partner business plans to manage and track the progress of each assigned partner and achievement against overall goals Collaborate with Sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

Work closely with sales, presales, the partner’s organization, and other stakeholders towards building relationships, implementing go to market programs, generating leads, influencing business and fulfilling services.

Coordinate go-to-market execution with the Partner team, and continuously manage alliance performance metrics and outcomes.

Experience: The successful candidate will have a proven successful track record at growing enterprise software companies through selling ‘with and through’ partners in an indirect sales model with multiple partner types such as Systems Integrators (SIs), consulting partners, CRM providers, Sales and Marketing technology providers, and resellers.

Experience driving partner relationships across a range of business activities (joint solution development, sales engagement, lead development, marketing, training & certification and product integrations/development).

Strong experience and expertise leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams at all levels from individual contributors to executives and riving sell-with activity with strategic partners by building C-level, Product, Marketing, Field, and Channel relationships.

Quota responsibility for overlay revenue across defined partner channels; manage programs to maximize pipeline development, sales revenue and influence revenue from partners.

Collaborate with sales teams to provide partners to sales cycle that add value to current and prospective customers, identify incremental opportunities and assist in current sales pursuits.

Creative approach to identifying solutions for partners and clients/prospects.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and creatively about business problems.

Comfortable with a “hands-on” approach executing the strategy.

Strong executive presence, including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to both large and small audiences.

Be a thought-leader, advocate, and evangelist for Company partners.

Reports to: Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships.

Travel: Expecting 2-3 day weekly travel to partner and sales prospect meetings.
