seeks an experienced 3-6 year Employment and Labor Associate to join our Newark office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a very dynamic Employment and Labor Practice Group at a well-respected law firm.

The successful candidate will possess a demonstrated interest in employment law, client counseling and preventative work as evidenced by prior work history and law school course concentration.

Requirements 3-6 years of experience defending discrimination, wage and hour, and FMLA suits in New York, New Jersey and before government agencies Exposure to restrictive covenant civil actions Experience taking and defending depositions Experience in traditional labor law and/or ERISA matters is a plus Qualifications Must be licensed to practice in the State of New York and New Jersey Excellent academic credentials as well as analytical, verbal and written communication skills are required Must be able to work independently
