– Employment Your day at work will be like (Roles & Responsibilities) LTI is hiring for a employment law attorney with experience in advising on domestic employment law issues.

The successful candidate will provide legal support to the human resources department.

Responsibilities:
· Provide day-to-day proactive employment law advice, assistance and counseling
· Work with HR to help manage and respond to employee relations issues, investigations and grievances
· Create, customize and update release agreements for terminating employees
· Review disciplinary actions and terminations with HR
· Assist in managing responses to subpoenas and document requests
· Recommend, implement and continuously improve employment law related training
· Respond to administrative complaints and Department of Labor investigations
· Maintain employment law files and databases
· Respond to EEOC complaints
· Assist with employment law litigation matters
· Provide guidance to the other employment counsel and develop strategy of the employment practice.

· Manage and supervise outside counsel, as required Skills and Experience Qualifications:
· Minimum of three years of experience focused on employment law and litigation, preferably with some experience in-house.

· A law degree from a top tier law school and be in good standing to practice in any state in the United States.

· Strong analytical capabilities and judgment.

· Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team as well as cross-functionally across teams.

· Willingness to tackle matters outside area of expertise.
