Warehouse Material Management Coordinator


This is a Contract position in Raritan, NJ posted September 16, 2020.

Today, we are proud to offer a temporary Warehouse Material Management Coordinator position for a top company in Raritan, NJ JOB TITLE: Warehouse Material Management Coordinator LOCATION: Raritan, NJ LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 9 months with potential for extension based on business needs PAY RATE: 16.00/hr. SHIFT: 3 days a week 8am-4pm Qualifications must include: *Only candidates that meet all of the below requirements need apply.

  • High School degree or GED required.
  • 1 plus years of related experience highly preferred
  • Basic to intermediate level Microsoft Office software programs
  • Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.

In this role, you will:

  • Verifies required inbound/outbound paperwork, ensuring that all product is properly counted.
  • Completes all necessary records/reports meeting requirements for timeliness and accuracy.
  • Audits for accuracy and takes corrective action.
  • Makes recommendations for continuous improvement of processes to standardize procedures.
  • Compiles, maintains and manages multiple electronic and manual records and reports to ensure inventory levels, tracking/ trending and reporting of inventory usages addressing any spikes or declines in inventory usage.
  • Track and manage kitting and staging activities from Warehouse into Staging Room to ensure inventory levels are maintained for production requirements.
