WE ARE OCM Position Profile: Digital Marketing Analyst The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing actionable insights into various aspects of the business to drive performance and support site improvement.

In addition, this role manages the technical execution of customer acquisition and retention campaigns.

The ideal candidate is maniacal about campaign creation, testing and QA processes, creating and implementing step-by-step protocols to take great campaigns from concept, to delivery, to post-send analysis.

You’ll bring working knowledge of how to use a self-service Email Service Provider tool for campaign set up, scheduling and reporting; Microsoft Excel mastery; and Google Analytics familiarity to bear in helping drive this key marketing function.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Digital Analytics: Design, create and automate hourly, weekly, monthly and quarterly eCommerce dashboards and reports as well as meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s at all levels, including executive summaries and detailed channel performance reports Analyze web traffic and site behavior using GGL for customer and business insights to support business decisions and deliver on improved customer site experience or business growth (sales, margin, traffic and conversion) Maintain and support Google Analytics data integrity/validation.

Coordinate tagging for new site content and functionality, tracking parameter implementations.

Be able to identify opportunity areas in the current data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements Partner internally and externally to ensure best practices in metrics and decision making are being maintained.

Proactive in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website Maintain an awareness of competitive information and key industry trends to provide context for branded website performance Monitor and report on personalization areas across sites and develop recommendations and testing strategies to improve performance for each personalization area Research new and innovative ideas to increase demand per visit on our website, including changes to design, new functionality, etc., through site testing read outs Manage relationships with cross-functional business partners by providing objective information derived from data to support their functional areas (CRMs) Stay current on trends and best practices in digital analytics and e-commerce Digital Marketing: Set up, test, QA and report on email marketing campaigns, gathering inputs from stakeholders across OCM’s Marketing team Manage to aggressive campaign development timelines and ensure email marketing deliverables are timely and accurate Serve as technical expert for marketing email, including HTML proficiency Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to complement marketing calendars and existing channel reporting with deep campaign-specific reporting Collaborate with marketing counterparts to ensure a common voice across all channels
· Master the use of email and CRM technologies, databases and platforms, pursue improvement options.

· Segment contact lists and personalize emails based on recipients’ lifecycle and preferences
· Participate in brainstorming and execution for Blog and Social Media content
· Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance In all situations: Drive a company culture of outstanding verbal and written communication, with meetings and processes focused on clear goals, articulation of options and data-driven decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent preferred Thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of email marketing HTML proficiency 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing and e-commerce Proficiency in Google Analytics with mastery of an ESP tool a plus Resourceful self-starter, with a can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of accountability Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with great attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Competitive benefits package Please submit resume via LinkedIn for consideration.
