SquarePeg is working with a consumer financial services company to help them find their ideal Digital Product and Customer Experience Manager (VP).

Here is their description: VP, Digital Products will lead the design and execution of the digital product roadmap for the PayPal Cobrand and eBay relationship.

This role will identify opportunities to improve customer experience spanning all stages of customer journey.

This role will require strong cross functional relationships internally and externally, with the client partners, to drive key focus areas.

The digital product lead will partner closely with PayPal and eBay product and technology teams to deliver on the product strategy and vision.

Essential Responsibilities: Gain a deep understanding of PayPal cobrand and eBay customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new to improve customer experience and drive growthDrive the digital product strategy and business-planning process across cross-functional teamsTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements for product development, including business cases in collaboration with business, analytics and marketing leadsDrive channel strategy to align with partner’s mobile and app capabilities and initiativesAssist in product feature testing and launch plans, in close partnership with Digital COE and tech teamsLeverage customers insights to evolve product features and influence project prioritizationWork with business stakeholders to quickly resolve business design and delivery issues and support/drive escalations where requiredMonitor and measure product metrics and KPIs to define product success and report findings to key stakeholders.Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 9 years of marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries5+ years of technology marketing experience with critical experiences in amongst others: product development, user experience, channel management; and strategic planning and analysis3+ years of digital technology experience to include:Experience working with technical teams within the IT/Agile frameworkAbility to travel up to 20% (All domestic) Desired Characteristics: Credit card or financial services industry experienceStrong leadership capability and presenceExceptional relationship building and client leadership abilitiesDirect product management experience in the financial services industryDemonstrated experience in delivering commercially successful customer solutions into the marketStrong analytical skillsTechnically adept with demonstrated experience in product managementExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and in a small team environment Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
