The individual will be responsible?

for overseeing all activities and people associated with construction initiatives?

for Corporate Property Group sponsored efforts within the Retail Construction Management Office.??

They will manage a team to complete construction associated with specific business strategy to obtain benefits and controls.

Interacts and partners with the business initiative manager , senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish plans and objectives for programs or projects.?

Functions include: setting high level expectations on business, product, and customer service needs; analyzing finances, policy, programs and staffing to ensure optimal results.??

Overseeing construction staff in their identification of requirements, development of plans and strategies,?

preparation of business cases program/project financials;?

overseeing program/project controls and related risks; managing developing and/or authorizing policies/procedures/controls within scope of construction?

to optimize results while ensuring compliance with regulations and enterprise policies.

Candidate will be required to work with business initiatives?

leader to establish resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategy /policies and line of business objectives.?

Ensures the construction team is trained with expectations.

Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.


Required Qualifications 10 years of experience in one or more of the following functional areas: real estate, process engineering, or project management 5 years of management experience Desired Qualifications Strategic planning proficiency in basic construction, or basic building mechanical principles 10 years of real estate experience Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency Ability to positively influence, motivate, and direct diverse teams Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong collaboration and partnering skills Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership Professional presentation skills Other Desired Qualifications Construction Management background Project implementation on multi-location programs.?

Previous personnel management experience.

Provide leadership including coordinating internal and external consultants and vendors to assure compliance with specifications, budgets and schedules.?

Maintain effective communications with internal customers,?

project team to meet?

objectives and deliver on goals.
