This is a Contract position in Princeton Township, NJ posted March 24, 2020.

Claros Analytics is looking for a Head of Sales to lead our sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building the team.

The Head of Sales will be a key member of the executive team of Claros and will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team.

You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing partner on marketing strategy and lead generation.

You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.

In select market segments you may take primary responsibility for sales activity.

Responsibilities: Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

Meeting planned sales goals.

Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Setting lead generation targets with marketing coordinator and marketing partner Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

Coordinating with marketing partner on strategy, campaigns, materials, and lead generation.

The ongoing training of your salespeople.

Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

Promoting the organization and products.

Understand our customers and how they relate to our products.

Provide product input based on customer feedback and industry developments Monitor the products and activities of potential competitors Participate in the company strategic planning process Organize and manage an annual client symposium Participate in select industry activities to raise the profile of the company Coordinate sales and marketing activities with select partner organizations Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field.

Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

Experience in customer relationship management.

Experience managing and directing a sales team.

Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Dedication to providing great customer service.

Ability to lead a sales team.
