Position Summary: The Head of Commercial Analytics and Forecasting will be responsible for creating, measuring, and tracking the key performance metrics for the Provention Bio portfolio.

The role provides leadership in developing and executing the commercial planning, market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence.

The exciting role will have the opportunity to provide strategic leadership and exceptional execution.

Responsibilities: Provide leadership, oversight and technical/strategic direction for the organization’s commercial analytics Execute market research and competitive intelligence to ensure high quality insights and recommendations Partner and work closely with other Senior Leaders/Functional heads to understand their business reporting and analytics/KPI needs Create sustainable tools to enable business analytics and insights for commercial team Lead market research projects to support the brand strategy, including vendor selection and management, design, execution of market research studies Expert in forecasting and experienced in developing detailed and accurate forecasts for pre-launch products and on-market pharmaceuticals Support the evolving Commercial strategy, by providing strong partnership and expertise.

This will include the development of innovative approaches when appropriate.

Ensure Commercial Analytics has comprehensive knowledge of business strategies for the brand portfolio they are supporting Demonstrates data translation into insight Fosters a culture that embraces the strategic use of data into decision making through the demonstration of the value data can provide with essential direction enabling greater business outcomes Advise on portfolio prioritization and strategy by articulating business cases based on strategic attractiveness, operational feasibility and analytical assessments Development of positioning and messaging strategies for brands, early commercial input and leadership into the pipeline programs, commercial input into business development opportunities and ensuring launch excellence Lead collaboration with internal cross functional partners, including finance, marketing, pricing, value & access, to obtain relevant data and analysis for forecast input Job Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree or MBA Minimum of 10 years of Pharmaceutical Commercial Analytics/Forecasting or Sales Operations Superior analytical skills with proficiency in a broad range of data analysis and intelligence generation Leverage solid biopharma environment understanding to deliver brand and asset level insights from analytics and forecasts Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IMS, NDC, Cegedim, other syndicated data sources) Experience working with customer relationship management (SRM) data systems Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools Exhibit natural curiosity to keep digging until a clear root cause analysis is completed Ability to run statistical analyses, contribute to new analysis methodologies, and engage with Analytics/statistical modeling experts Ability to interact and communicate with all levels in the organization Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and virtual company Self-starter.
