Part Time Administrator


This is a Contract position in Titusville, NJ posted June 27, 2020.

JOB TITLE: Part Time Administrator

LOCATION: Titusville, NJ


PAY RATE: 28/hr.

PART TIME: 24 hours per week

Qualifications must include:

*Only candidates that meet all of the below requirements need apply.

  • High School degree or GED required.
  • 3 plus years of related experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Arravo, Totality, Cybergrants, Maximo, MCSAxis, Catertrax, FMInteract, WWRIM and GREATS archival systems, preferred.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs. Ariba and Concur a plus
  • Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.

In this role, you will:

  • Data entry, records management, correspondence, supplies procurement, meeting coordination, calendar management and expense reporting.
  • Assistance with record keeping for cash donations, including data entry of payment information and uploading correspondence in the contributions system Cybergrants.
  • Sending out correspondence for non-profit partners¿ mail merge, etc.
  • Coordinating in-kind donations of supplies, office furniture and equipment, and other items to local nonprofits.
  • Involvement and assistance in the coordination of onsite employee donation drives for non-profit partners.
  • Coordinating specific aspects of community impact events and activities across the campus working with facilities and catering
  • Involvement and assistance in the coordination of onsite volunteer projects, including securing al supplies needed.
