Description of Opportunity The Assistant Content Marketing Manager will support the execution of Zoetis pet owner content and social media marketing efforts.

He/she must be highly collaborative, detail oriented, a good writer, a self-starter and a creative problem solver.

Assist driving projects forward with oversight from consumer marketing team.

Create and manage calendar that details content, campaign and social media marketing efforts.

Coordinate and track creative review process for marketing materials.

Initiate, track and oversee copy and creative review process.

Working across marketing, veterinary operations, legal and regulatory teams to deliver creative reviews on time or ahead of schedule.

Assist marketers with writing creative briefs.

Create and source content.

As needed, write, edit, and source content, including social media content, that follows brand style guidelines and social best practices.

Reporting and analytics.

Perform weekly and monthly tracking for key programs and metrics.

Update presentations as needed with current data and insights.

Agency support.

Assist with coordination, booking and planning of meetings with agency partners.

Monitor agency spending and completion of project deliverables.

Customer service and sales support.

Assist team with daily requests from consumers and sales colleagues.

Document key marketing processes.

Write SOPs for internal marketing and digital operational processes, maintain customer support training documents and other marketing materials.

Social media community management.

Assist with responding to and engaging with customers across our social platforms.

Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or a related field Location: Parsippany NJ Excellent project management skills Strong analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; particularly Excel and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent presentation, facilitation and written/verbal communications skills.

A passion for results and ability to quickly adapt to change.

Ability to create social media content per social best practices.

Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Facebook Business and Ads Manager, and Hootsuite a plus.
