OR if Associates Degree or Diploma, RN must provide proof of enrollment in a BSN program prior to hire and complete program within 5 years of date of hire.Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):Required:One year previous acute care Emergency Department nursing experience.License, Registry or Certification:Required:Current NJ RN licensure. Certifications in American Heart Association CPR, ACLS upon hire. PALS or ENPC, CPI training within 6 months of hire, education provided by HMC.Preferred:Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) or other related specialty certification.Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:Required:Complete Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation upon hire. Stroke training 8 hours per year, Sexual Assault and Trauma training is required within 1 year of hire.Preferred:Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) is recommended.
