Talent Acquisition Operations Lead

This is a Full-time position in Newark, NJ posted May 7, 2020.

The purpose of the role is to manage the onboarding activities for which PSEG has primary responsibility and day to day vendor management.

The role is responsible for continuous improvement initiatives relating to Talent Acquisition processes, inclusive of being on point for systems implementation and enhancements.

The position is also responsible for ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience by flawless execution of PSEG Talent Acquisition processes, determining root causes where there are process breakdowns and recommending/implementing process changes to enhance the experience.

Job Responsibilities Oversee all Talent Acquisition Operations functions and ensure flawless execution.

Functions include I-9 and Form 810 completion, E-Verify, I-9 reverifications, relocation initiation, invoice review/approval and Talent Acquisition mailbox.

Perform background check adjudications and manage the Background Check Committee Evaluate talent acquisition processes.

Identify and implement process improvements, both in terms of automation and streamlining procedures/hand offs.

Leverage deep knowledge of SuccessFactors to engage appropriate parties in continuous improvement efforts and secure buy in Manage vendors performing services on behalf of Talent Acquisition Develop, implement and monitor metrics and controls to assess overall effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function, inclusive of vendors.

Provide analysis along with conclusions/recommendations to Talent Acquisition leadership.

Address areas of non performance and raise to Talent Acquisition leadership Job Specific Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree with 5 years of business experience, with at least three years in Talent Acquisition.

In the absence of a Bachelors degree, 8 years of business experience, with at least three years in Talent Acquisition.

Demonstrated expert knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting module Experienced in managing vendors Demonstrated understanding of I-9 processes and 810 compliance Desired: Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies and tools, e.g., Lean Six Sigma Ability to create impactful presentations as it related to Talent Acquisition Operations and deliver content effectively Demonstrated proficiency in creating, managing and reporting on key performance metrics using Excel Successful experience in managing client relationships Ability to effectively oversee on site contractor resources PMI or PMP certification
