We are excited to share a new opportunity PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing company, is working with a growing insurance services firm to find a Sales Executive to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate has sales experience and knowledge of the medical billing process and medical terminology.

The Sales Executive is responsible for selling insurance products to Workers’ Compensation and Auto providers through a multipronged solicitation strategy that includes but is not limited to cold calling, email marketing and face-to-face sales calls where appropriate considering the COVID-19 pandemic.

This role requires a strong understanding of the product/service offering.

The knowledge needed includes the protocol for medical bills submitted to carriers, the acceptable file formats (XML, CSV, ANSI 837, etc.), and the techniques used to sell these prospects quickly.

Job Responsibilities: Sell new business within the designated territory Service existing clients as needed Represent company in a professional manner at all times Consistently build pipeline in CRM with sales opportunities Demo new clients using online product interface Update CRM with key contacts for all potential customers, volume/revenue level, opportunity progress and sales acquisition timeline Monitor and attend industry trade shows as needed Understand industry and competitive trends in the marketplace Oversee intake, transition and implementation of new clients Job Requirements: Job Requirements Include: At least 2 years of sales experience preferably in the healthcare (selling to providers), pharmaceutical, medical billing or related industries; experience selling SaaS beneficial Bachelor’s Degree Strong understanding of sales techniques Strong oral presentation ability Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to adapt and perform under pressure and deadlines Team player, self-motivated No professional certification required Valid Driver’s License Benefits: Medical, Rx, and Wellness Benefits Dental and Vision Plan Options Short-term Disability 401(k) Retirement Plan Holiday Pay
