POSITION OVERVIEWThis position will be responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources (HR) Operations support across the entire Zelis enterprise. The primary focus of this role is leading the strategy and hands-on work in leading our Associate Benefits Programs and vendor relationships along with management of our UltiPro HR Information System. Specific work includes work on systems, processes, procedures, and associated streamlining of each; along with providing support to Managers and Associates in the use and application of Zelis’ HR systems and tools specifically HRIS. This role will look for ways to maximize manager and associate self-service as we look to automate processes, reduce duplication of work, and improve departmental functioning by ensuring a smooth operation. This role will look at disparate processes and determine the best way to unify them.The leader in this role will support a population of approximately 1,000 to 1,500 Associates and Managers, and will collaborate and interface with cross-functional partners, such as HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, ELT, Payroll and Facilities.SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES* Leads various Human Resource plans and procedures for all organization Associates; assists in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.* Develop & enhance HR service processes to scale for company growth, ensuring quality of service remains intact.* Streamline & transform internal HR processes to maximize expansion of associate and manager self-service utilizing technology, automation, & untapped resources to drive departmental efficiency.* Day to day interaction with clients within HR as well as business clients to ensure our solutions and services exceed their expectations.* Supports process enhancements and automation where possible for efficiencies and best user experience.* Participates in any M&A activities as it relates to specific functional reviews and assessments of target companies.Benefit Programs* Leads Wellness strategy and initiatives through focused education and advanced planning for site Wellness events.* Leads Benefit Plan design, development and implementation. Leads relationship building with our TPA and Broker vendors and service to include leading Plan design recommendations.* Develop, maintain, promote and advance benefits programs. Takes lead in driving Company Benefits communications to educate workforce and their covered members in critical areas of healthcare management.* Partner closely with payroll to manage to ensure timely, accurate, and appropriate execution of benefit carrier billing, eligibility and enrollment, communication, employee notification and posting compliance, documentation processes, and leave coordination.* Lead Benefits event planning for site and company-wide events including annual Wellness Fairs and Open Enrollment.* Provides direction and assistance to internal customers regarding their eligibility, claims, qualifying events, network limitations and other benefits issues as they arise.* Develops and delivers benefit orientation programs and materials for Team Members.* Resolve associate issues with insurance providers and other benefits administrators.A qualified candidate for this position will have a minimum of:* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related field* Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the Human Resources field with minimum 5 years managing Benefits/HRIS; Prior experience with Compensation a plus* Familiarity with enterprise HR data systems; UltiPro knowledge preferred* Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and administrative skills* Highly collaborative, with a strong desire to support, enable, and coach others* Proficient in Microsoft Office software and tools, including Excel* Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical skills* Strong sense of urgency, with demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple activities* High integrity with proven ability to handle extremely sensitive and confidential information* Demonstrated track record of being a self-starter, with the initiative and perseverance to deliver resultsZelis is a healthcare and financial technology growth company and market-leading provider of claims cost management and payments optimization solutions to price, pay and explain healthcare claims.
