SHI’s goal is to foster long-term, mutually-beneficial relationships with its customers and partners, every day.What SHI Can Offer:* World Class Facility includes on site gyms, restaurants and community events* Ongoing opportunities for personal and professional growth and development due to our strong promote from within philosophy* Work in an up-beat, creative, and fun environment* Benefits, include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spendingJob SummarySHI has a dynamic career opportunity in our Outside Sales-Strategic Enterprise department supporting some of our largest customers in the High Tech Manufacturing industry.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but not limited to:* Provide consultation to customers regarding their IT solutions needs to uncover new sales opportunities* Proactively work with and contact customers and prospects to build SHI’s market share in all accounts designated* Understanding of and ability to effectively communicate and develop demand for SHI Services including configuration services, warranty services, disposal services, etc.* Develop partnerships with Vendor Field Sales Representatives and optimize the joint selling opportunities within the territory* Build market awareness of SHI through participation in local/regional industry events, organizations and affiliations* Develop solid business relationships within the various decision-makers and influencers at all levels at each target account* Regular onsite customer visits will be required, so must be available to travel regularly to visit various customer sites throughout the US* Understand each target customer’s business model, map their organization and identify their unique technology needs* Develop, document and execute account sales plans for assigned target accounts* Build customer loyalty & trust* Meeting sales goal targets (Revenue & GM)* Expanding the relationship with existing clients and pursuing new enterprise accounts in the High Tech vertical.* Will work with directors and a large team to pursue current leads and call on new customers.Qualifications* Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year college* Minimum 2 year sales experience* Prior experience with IT hardware, software and/or service sales* Working experience and knowledge with Salescenter, BI, CRM, & AX* Extensive knowledge of distribution and manufacturer programs is essential for success* Hardware and software program knowledge* Must have business professional appearanceRequired Skills* Strong organizational and planning skills* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint* Excellent presentation skills* Strategic prospecting skills* Ability to build rapport through cold calling* Ability to working effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externallyEqual Employment Opportunity – M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status
