Job Summary The Digital Program Manager is an essential member of the Program Management Office (PMO) and will report to the Director, Program Management Office IT Governance. The Digital Program Manager provides day-to-day oversight of the Commerce Anywhere Program. They are responsible for defining and overseeing the execution of the tools and processes that govern the day-to-day tasks and activities of the program. This role is also responsible for program status and engagement with program governance bodies. This role interacts with many roles across the program as necessary in support of on-time milestone achievement and adherence to the program budget. Orchestrates program execution across business, experience and technology domains and workstreams Creates and maintains program milestone plans and supports the development of underlying team work plans Manages internal and external resources ensuring the program has the necessary skill sets to complete each of the defined workstreams Supports the identification, resolution and mitigation of program risks and issues Escalates significant risks and issues to program leadership andor governance Financial Management of program Provides program status reports and dashboards Facilitates program status meetings, leadershipgovernance meetings and scope change meetings Communicates relevant project andor program information to stakeholders Creates ad-hoc materials for leadership as necessary Arranges alignment sessions across stakeholders to drive decisions on key open items Takes ownership of, managing and obtaining approvals for all change requests, particularly regarding scope and budget Works with key stakeholders to define and measure Program success Mentors other Project Managers in aspects of the Project Management profession Follows the standard PMI framework associated with Project Delivery (i.e. Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring Controlling, Closing) or other PMO defined Project Lifecycle Champions the PMO by ensuring the program is executed under the PMO’s strategic guidelines, standards, development methodology and governance practices. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business (or Management), Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required MBA or other Advanced degree preferred 10 years of broad Project Management experience which must include the management of at least one Digital Commerce program of interrelated projects through all phases of the life cycle 3 years in a management position Advanced knowledge of Project Management methodologies, leading practices, tools and techniques Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) preferred Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio Strong Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated influential leadership skills with the ability to facilitate relationships at all levels of the organization Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to deliver Leadership level presentations Strong Conflict Resolution skills Excellent relationship manager with strong negotiating skills
