Position Summary: The HRIS Project Manager position will lead the implementation of Workday HR system in our business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on project manager to lead an implementation in a large global business.

The project will consist of consolidating multiple databases and processes into Workday and will include modifying and/or retiring current systems as necessary.

The project will also consist of the Corporate HRMS group, HR business partners, HR functional leaders, Finance, and Information Technology employees.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Work closely with business teams to gather and define requirements and ensure that the system functionality is configured and tested to meet those requirements
• Implement business processes that are designed for a simple end user experience
• Build controls into the system to allow for auditing and other sustainability activities
• Leads data validation activities including analysis, documentation, and conversion of current systems and data and transformation of data that is moving to Workday
• Leads testing processes to ensure business processes are working correctly (including following correct approval paths, application of correct rules, and integration of Workday with other systems)
• Ensure user ease of adoption through change management activities.

Facilitate system training and communication as needed
• Project leadership including leading meetings, managing activities, providing regular project updates, and ensuring adherence to project deadlines
• Develop HR analytics and help develop the HR team to leverage these tools
• Maintain system integrations and provide basic integration troubleshooting, partner with IT as necessary
• May perform other duties as assignedQualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in human resources management, business administration, or information systems
• 5+ years of experience with HRIS systems, preferably with Workday and/or system implementation experience
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Access
• Ability to influence the adoption of the optimal approach at all levels and drive the seamless delivery of projects
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, be able to manage and work to bring clarity through ambiguity and complexity and support multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent customer service attitude; a team player.
