This is a Full-time position in Newark, NJ posted May 7, 2020.

This position will be responsible to help develop, lead and execute the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy and to effectuate change through implementation.

The goal is to integrate diversity and inclusion into all aspects of the company’s business.

The role will leverage diversity and inclusion as a critical business tool.

Job Responsibilities Design and implement company-wide diversity and inclusion strategies; Lead an inclusive culture change process.

Facilitate development and implementation of measurable diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives to achieve the company’s business goals.

Work with business partners to design and develop programs that create a productive work environment for all employees, tailored to the needs of the business Champion strategies to ensure that the organizations’ culture, systems and processes support an environment that is inclusive for all and where employees feel able to contribute their fullest Develop and achieve scorecard metrics for diversity and inclusion and workplace culture Conduct benchmarking analysis and make recommendations on diversity and inclusion programming Oversee a team of two D&I professionals to achieve the foregoing Job Specific Qualifications Required Ten or more years of developing and advancing diversity and inclusion strategies and workplace culture change for measureable results for a large corporate environment.

5 years of leadership experience managing employees to drive diversity and inclusion and culture change results Without a bachelor’s degree, 14 years of experience in developing and advancing diversity and inclusion strategies and workplace culture change for asureable results for a large corporate environment.

5 years of leadership experience managing employees to drive diversity and inclusion and culture change results Demonstrated experience with developing and implementing diversity and inclusion and workplace culture strategies and effectuating change in this space Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment with the ability and credibility to work through all levels of the company as a business partner and change agent The ability to scope, develop and manage projects and implement resulting recommendations Ability to conduct research, analyze results and make proposals/recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative factors/data Proven leadership ability, strong ability to influence others, and demonstrated passion for the issue of diversity and inclusion Good business and financial acumen, with proven experience in measurement, benchmarking, data analysis, and interpretation Strong presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
