Description TRI-K’s ambition is to become a strong business partner and solution provider to personal care industry.

Skin and Hair categories within Personal care market occupies predominant share with a double digit growth across key markets.

TRI-K would like to develop marketing communication strategies with a strong focus on customers /consumers insights and emerging trends.

Summary: As a Manager
– Marketing Excellence you will be leading overall marketing communications for the organization supporting the growth strategy across all consumer benefit segments.

You will work with Business Managers, customer development and sales team to develop and deploy a robust end to end marketing communications strategy.

Incumbent should assure smooth collaboration with all internal stakeholders and ensure seamless communication between the cross functional teams.

We’re looking for leader who can identify an opportunity; create a strategy to make it happen; and then deliver the plan.

The person should OWN the process and deliver results, creating value for TRI-K customers, and key stakeholders.

The candidate should inspire people to deliver our mission and vision, demonstrate passion for the business and develop people through coaching and mentoring.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

• Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs to support sales revenue and objectives of the organization
• Prepares and executes launch calendar (innovation and renovation) with clear deliverables and milestones
• Prepares and maintains the marketing budget
• Develops a comprehensives 360 digital strategy.

Plans, implements and oversees communication and advertising including press releases, trade press articles, and media relations
• Develop strategy and oversee logistics and participation in industry events such as trade shows, conferences and exhibitions.

Coordinates with Galaxy for joint trade show participation.

• Follows up with the sales team on opportunities created through various channels to increase lead generation and conversion
• Serves as liaison with outside agencies on advertising and promotional activities
• Develops and maintains presentations, collaterals and promotional tools for new and existing products
• Creates and oversees content and visual image of company website
• Organize and implement product launches for both US and global markets
• Analyzes and reports on the effectiveness of the marketing activities
• Develops and delivers sales and staff training programs
• Actively communicates with Sales Account Managers to exchange marketing / product information and to design plans for specific customers
• Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all promotional materials and events
• Participates in product innovation process, management and sales meetings and brainstorming sessions with various departments
• Creates and institutionalizes best practices and SOP’s for various marketing related activities Requirements Qualifications: Proven track record of collaborating in cross functional teams, creation of global marketing communication strategies across all geographies, timely and excellent execution of those strategies, strong analysis and business acumen, with a comprehensive understanding of the personal care competitive landscape.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing; four or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Chemistry / Biology a plus.

Travel Requirements : This position requires approximately 25% travel, including Domestic and International.
