Sales Executive – Seminar Sales

Account Executive – Seminar Sales is the principal driver of our sales efforts.

The role will be in constant contact with our existing client base in the medical device industry and will respond to inquiries from prospects who have shown interest in the training and consulting through which we have optimized businesses for nearly 50 years.

This role also gives the opportunity to expand influence with our customers and prospects by uncovering their needs, tailoring our solutions, and – most importantly – persuading their decision makers to take action with us.

The role comes with a professional base salary plus commission in return for deepening our client’s engagement and cementing us as the go-to provider for their training and consulting needs.

It involves meeting and greeting clients who visit our headquarters in Union, N.J.

and working with a team of dedicated professionals who expect results of themselves and others.

LOCATION New Jersey head office at Union, work from home / remotely on Fridays.

The Account Executive – Seminar Sales will accomplish results by: contacting current and prospective clients by telephone and written correspondence strengthening relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions that fit identifying client requests that might indicate a new trend in requirements working with team colleagues to ensure complex client needs are dealt with comprehensively understanding what we do not offer and advising clients of potential alternatives Basic Qualifications: proven inside sales experience (ideally selling training, seminars, conferences of media events in the medical device industry, or working with clients with risk assessment/quality management and regulatory needs in the medical device sector or similarly regulated industry vertical.) track record of over achievement of sales goals knowledge of automated sales development systems (e.g. strong attention to detail and the ability to be self-directed and manage multiple priorities impeccable telephone manner and strong, clear communication skills bright and enthusiastic attitude Travel: Must be able to commute to Union, N.J each day.

There is no business travel associated with this role.

SALARY Base plus commission.

$50,000.00 to $180,000.00 a year EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.

TRAVEL Some domestic travel may be neccessary
