UAT Project Coordinator

This is a Contract position in Bridgewater, NJ posted September 15, 2020.

The Project Manager will collaboratively work in cross-functional manner with technical and commercial teams to effectively plan, drive and project manage several key initiatives in support of the North American CHC categories (Allergy, Digestive Health, PainSleep and Personal Care). KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Establish end-to-end, Idea-to-Launch plans at project onset, establish multi-functional teams and Ways of Working, and actively monitor and flawlessly drive them to on-time commercial launches Diligently manage innovation initiatives through development, using best practice PM philosophies and tools, ensuring swift and efficient transitions of PM ownership to commercial operations for on time launches. Utilize best practice project management practices and tools to track and manage innovations to market, ensuring efficiency of and compliance to the Global CHC Innovation Process and Governance at regional level Coordinate, manage and document monthly Local Innovation Steering Committee (LISC) meetings for reporting to senior management Actively monitor innovation performance against pre-defined success criteria and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) communicating to technical and commercial stakeholders on a regular basis with updates on innovation and launches. Aggregate North American innovation portfolio performance metrics for inclusion in Global dashboards. Drive enhanced proficiency and capacity of project management, through effective coaching and mentoring of peers, thereby helping to build a robust and resilient cross-functional innovation network. Effective meeting facilitation skills for cross-functional technical and commercial teams skills 10.
